Posted Mar. 22, 2024 on HotelsVery comfortable, clean and modern hotel. Best breakfast service out of 4 hotels we stayed at on our trip to Japan.
Very convenient location near the Osaka Station so easy to get about in the area.

The property is in a great location for shopping and transport. We had minimal interaction with staff as almost everything is pretty much all self service. Would note the hotel is extremely busy and anytime we passed through the reception there were always 100 people checking in/out or hanging around the reception making use of complimentary tea/coffee facilities. One down side is that as reception is on the 9th floor and the hotel is so busy it can take a long time to actually get out of the hotel. If youook to leave at the wrong time you could find yourself queueing for 30 minutes to get out of the hotel

You can stay in the building for everything: hotel from 9/F up, dining options at 8/F, shopping from 7/F down.
Osaka city station minutes away, easy access to every where by train or subway.

The lobby of this hotel is on the 9th floor but it is huge. There is a shopping mall from floor 1 to 7 right underneath the hotel. Also, there are lots of restaurants on level 8 but it doesn't open until 10 am so not the best if you if want an early breakfast. Very convenient location and right next to shopping and a few minute walk to the subway station. Only slight negative is that for check in you must use the electronic kiosk machines while the front desk staff are just standing around and it dispenses your room keys. However for checkout, you can go to the front desk. This would be a great job in Japan at the front desk since you don't have to do much! Rooms are decent sized but not much extra room after fitting in 3 beds.
