Very clean hotel rooms! A lot of amenities! Not too far from the subway station. However, they didn't provide laundry service which was very odd for a large hotel. It may have been the language barrier when I asked but I couldn't find it in their directory/information book.

Away from Osaka hectic pace, but central still, accessible if you not confused by Osaka train station. Each track serves multiple routes, got to listen careful for train direction boarding.

Ideal location! In front of Fukushima station which is just none stop away from Osaka station. There is a McDonald's, Familymart and Lawson's steps away from the hotel. I didn't buy the breakfast package. So, I can't comment. There are nice restaurants both in the hotel and around. Tully's cafe is right next to the reception. Very handy. Enjoyed their Onsen . No time to use their sauna. Very reasonably priced. I would stay again. The downside is that the hotel nis not spanking new. Age shows. But the staff and service compensate for it!

Loved the hotel, stunning view from the room, spacious for japanese standards, great staff and all perfect location, being right next to fukushima station and the osaka loop.

As a family of four it was wonderful to find accommodations with four separate beds. The hotel is half a block from the train station and has many restaurants in walking distance. The hotel breakfast was amazing and I would highly recommend it.

Room spacious, restaurants and coffee shop in the hotel very convenient. Hot spring water at the room, is super cool and relaxing.

Great location right next to a train station. Plenty of food options and the area is gaijin-friendly with regard to English menus and/or QR menu options. Would stay again.
