Staff cleaning the rooms did an amazing job! Room was always cleaned on time and towels changed. Hotel is near Umeda & Osaka station, making it easier to travel to places like Osaka castle & Dotonbori. Toilet was small but had everything you will need. Staff was polite and pleasant to interact with. Note to those travelling with children or teenagers: some yakiniku restaurants near the hotel do not accept customers below the age of 20.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Osaka Station, where there are so many shopping, food and transportation options. The hotel is very clean. I only gave a 4-star rating as I felt that by Japanese standard, it's not up to the bar of the other hotels we stayed in other Japanese cities.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable with larger-than-typical rooms. Small dining area in room with 2 beds that were a bit smaller than doubles (called a “semi double” in the ad) but we were happy to have one of the beds not pushed up against the wall. You could walk around it and access it by both sides which is rare in most hotels here. Didn’t use the on-site restaurant but did use the onsen (public bath) and sauna; separate bath for women and men due to no bathing suits or clothes allowed. The other guests using it were very respectful of privacy, and the hot bath felt wonderful! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and also provided loaner umbrellas in the lobby when needed. The bathroom amenities were a nice touch, as were the traditional Japanese slippers and pajamas. Convenience store attached to the hotel was great with lots of take away food options! Wonderful downtown location so close to trains, shopping and dining!

Pretty great mid hotel. Rooms have a ton of room in comparison to most places in Japan. The location is pretty perfect how close to the entrances to the subway and train lines in the area. Literally could walk to the main Osaka station fairly easily from one of subway entrances nearby. Ton of places to eat surrounding the area.
