The room is spacious and value for money. The staff is very helpful and accommodate my request to change the booking date. It is preferable to have lockers in the public bath.

The place is really new and very close to the station. The ambience of the room is fantastic. I will definitely choose to stay here again。thank you

The front counter for check-in is located on the 2ne floor. This means after the initial check-in, you bypass the reception to leave or come back, I felt it's quite unique compared to other hotels.

Super clean hotel with great bathtub downstairs

It was an awesome stay at Y's hotel. Though the area is better at JR Amagasaki, Hanshin Amagasaki still has good things around.

リピーターです。おでこをぶつけてこぶができたので、フロントでヒヘピタあるかと尋ねると、無いとの回答。部屋に戻り電話で氷はあるかと尋ねたらフロントにあると言うので取りに行き、対応のスタッフに先程ヒヘピタの際にどうされましたかと聞いて貰えれば部屋とフロント往復せずに済んだと言うと申し訳なさそうに、枕カバーて包んだ氷を用意してくれました。 最初の対応はイマイチでしたが、おでこが冷えすぎないように配慮された即席氷嚢を使ってくれたのには感謝です。何度も滞在していますが、相変わらず大浴場と部屋の洗面所のカランはピカピカで気持ちの良いホテルです。
