Staff were VERY helpful. The price of the room was very fair. Room clean; nothing special. Kinda boring decor. Great Shower (was handicapped room-#149). Wallpaper needs updated :( Also BIG chair in room needs a through cleaning or replaced. Disappointed there was not any continental breakfast; although there were purchased snacks to be had in the lobby area. Had to WALK (or go outside, get in car and drive) 3 blocks inside to go to the snack bar to get any food. NOT conducive for older people to have to walk. Scooters were provided for a fee. DO NOT like the front entrance drive thru island. It is in the way of someone having to walk to their car in the parking lot with luggage in hand. Have to go ALL the way around the island or through the dirt and grass (not safe) to get through a short cut. Poor layout. Thank the staff at front desk for their welcomed good attitudes:)

An order at restaurant was served raw and excessive delay in correcting and when it wax it was tough. However they did not charge for it. We were traveling thru and needed to leave early but restaurant did not opdn yoll 8am, most inconvenient for travelers and no decaf coffee available in lobby.

1/2 mile walk to the restaurant and casino. Last minute $4.00 addition to our dining bill for salad which is stated on the menu that it comes as 1 of the 2 side choices. This is dishonest to say the least. No in room coffee. There are better choices in the area for next time.

I leave a one star for the following reasons. First time staying and probably never both staying again. The room was clean, to a point. My issues are the stupid buffet that they want to shove down your throat as the only option to eat at as a hotel guest. We went down for dinner Saturday night, we were told we couldn’t order the prime rib from the menu because it was being served on the buffet. I can’t eat that much food so why would I buy 50.00 for food I’m not going to eat. So we ordered a hamburger. Blah. Then we went to the jacuzzi/pool. A group of individuals were in the jacuzzi, cool. But the problem was they staff member was speaking to these individuals because they felt the need to bring their dog into the pool area which was clearly stated that was not supposed to be in there. The people did not leave the area with the dog for over a hour later. Not cool. The next morning we went for breakfast again the only option was the buffet again, enough with the buffet already. So we loaded up and went to a really lovely family restaurant next exit. Stop with the stupid buffet.
