Perfect for our little family get away. Kids loved the kiddie pool! Everything was freshly clean when we checked in and overall this is a very nice hotel by our families standards.

The hot tub was fine always nice to meet new people. The breakfast was excellent. The bar was nice n the bartender very friendly. The room was spacious and the location close to everything

I had a real good stay the place was clean and And very convenient. Only problem I had was the outside perimeter lighting of the building shine into the room which made it seem like sunlight And the curtains did not fully block out the light which lit up my room. Which made it hard to sleep. Other than that, everything was perfect.

It was a molded strawberry in the room it was really bad I was so mad I’m glade I grabbed it before my 2 yr old did also after that it was more mold under the air conditioner leading from the carpet it was used tissue stuffed back in the box we sat outside for hours with our kids thinking what we should do we check ingredients after 5 some we tried to lay back down my daughter said she was itchy I said I was too she woke up with red bumps on her I hav all the pics we didn’t even get to enjoy the stay we sat outside for hours stressed about the mold n the room they want give us a full refund they think this is normal I should had got my full refund because we didn’t even get to enjoy the room they stay they hotel messed that up for us and want give a refund I been staying here for over 10 yrs I will not stay here again all the money I put into this place smh

Hello GerquitaThank you for your review of our hotel. Again, as we had spoke to you regarding this, we are so sorry you had some issues with your stay. When several of these issues were brought to our attention that evening that you checked in, we offered to move you rooms or come take care of it and you chose not to which was your choice. Unfortunately, the report regarding unwanted pests we take very seriously, was not reported to the front desk staff. As soon as we hear any notification regarding pests, we report this to our pest control services to have it inspected. We have contacted our service to come out to the property as well as shared your experience with our staff to make sure this does not happen again. We have refunded one night of your stay with us as you already know and apologize again for the issues you had. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts and for bringing this to our attention. We wish you the best.

Just a family get a way

We came for a short family filled day, it was exactly what we needed. Hotel was clean, not far from restaurants and shopping. Pool area was perfect for my kids.
