Location is great! Nice and close to the station to get in and out of the city. Plenty of buses around too, however it’s also within walking distance to landmarks like the opera house and royal palace. Staff were super friendly, however you can go your entire stay without interacting with staff as my check in and check out were self service. I only dealt with staff as I had questions and they were very accommodating with me. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was big with a nice hot shower and heated floors. My only gripe is my room was facing the street and the windows don’t seem block out the sound of cars driving over snow and ice which was quite loud. Nothing earplugs couldn’t fix

Rooms and hallways louder than outside. People were yelling, laughing, shouting constantly. The bath towel shed worse than a golden retriever. I had white fiber all over my body and hair that i couldn't get off. Never experienced anything like it before... check in was very simple. Oh also, no TVs in the rooms fyi. Location is aamzing. That's all. Been at 1/3 price motels in the middle of nowhere that's better than this place.

Great value hotel located centrally. The hotel does not do its own catering ( they sublet to local businesses) however you do get a discount when showing your keycard. Alternatively there is a microwave/kettle/ kitchen area for you to eat your own food Rooms were well maintained and were quiet, so I was able to get a good nights rest
