Location confusing
Posted Jan. 4, 2024 on HotelsThe name on the app did not match the name on the site making it difficult to locate. The room was a little cold. The room was not as clean as I expect. The booking said there was a pool but it was outside and not open.

Yes we are in the process of changing our Name from Motel to Inn. (We have done this every where except our front board, this will take sometime) Sorry for the inconvenience.Lakeview Motel & Suites to Lakeview Inn & Suites. (This is a very small change, it is almost impossible to miss the location) We all travel with the address and it is very clear location, I am not sure why this was hard for you. The room is equipped with 2 base board heaters and one wall heater, you might not have increased the temperature of the wall heater. Sorry for the inconvenience after this happened our staff is now making sure this is adjusted before guest check-in. I do not know what is your expectations, but this is a 3 star hotel (That is why you paid 89.00 our winter specials rate), we have well experience housekeeping staff and they do a fantastic job, no body has complained about the cleanliness so far. If you go through Expedia website in our page, first photo is our out door summer pool. Kindly go back and see it is clearly demonstrating the pool is seasonal. We do understand you had challenges to reach to the destination, but this review seems unfair. Kindly go through our other reviews then you will understands how we accommodate our guests.

The property was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was only a few minutes to walk to the beach, which was very convenient. The pool was pretty nice too. It was super quiet, and the owner was very friendly and waited for us to check in as we arrived about 10 minutes after the check-in deadline. I would definitely recommend this property if you need an affordable place to stay in Osoyoos, and we will definitely be back!

Check in was fast, easy, no frills. The room was clean, had all the necessary amenities to enjoy our own meal.
