Built in the summer of 1995. The bungalow is suitable for two persons. The living area is 34m². Consisting of a living room with seating, TV and radio. From the entrance one comes directly into the small kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps and a wardrobe. From the bedroom you get into the daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue (on request), playground and car parking space.

The holiday homes Baaber Heide, consisting of two holiday homes, a bungalow and a holiday apartment, are located on the edge of the Baabe in close proximity to the nature reserve Baaber Heide, the Selliner See and the Having and their connecting channel, the Baaber Bek. The Baltic resort Baabe, a health resort in the southeast of the Baltic Sea island of Rügen, lies between the seaside resorts Sellin and Göhren on the peninsula Mönchgut. The village is located on the Mönchgraben, the historic border that separates the peninsula Mönchgut from the rest of the island of Rügen, between the Baltic Sea and the Baaber Beek (connecting ditch between Selliner See and Having) and the forests of the Baaber Heide. By Baabe lead the highway 196 and the narrow gauge railway Rasender Roland. The so-called Mönchgut Gate spans the B 196 at the height of the Mönchgraben.
