In the heart of the Itria Valley, among the dry stone walls and the centuries-old olive groves of the Apulian countryside, stands Trullo Magnifico, a refined stone house that combines the authenticity of traditional architecture with contemporary comfort. Located a few minutes from the historic center of Ceglie Messapica and a short distance from Cisternino, Ostuni and Martina Franca, the property is a perfect starting point for exploring the most authentic Puglia. The main residence houses three double bedrooms, each with private bathroom, and a large open space with central fireplace. An independent annex, located in a charming sovereign trullo, offers a romantic setting with an alcove bed, fireplace and private bathroom. Outside, the furnished verandas, the Mediterranean garden and an elegant stone path lead to the panoramic infinity pool, surrounded by greenery and overlooking the plateau.

Interiors:
Trullo Magnifico consists of a main building (trullo) of 130 square meters and an annex of 30 square meters, distributed on the same level and connected to each other by a stone driveway. TRULLO — Entrance with sitting area; large open space living area with reading room and dining table with fireplace; kitchen; a twin bedroom (joinable beds) with en suite bathroom with shower; two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower (all rooms have direct access to the garden); laundry. ANNEX — Open space entrance with living room/reading room and fireplace; a double bedroom in an alcove; a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in bedrooms and living areas.
Park:
To the right of the entrance of the villa there is a park of about 34,000 square meters, characterized by a vast olive grove and species typical of the Mediterranean scrub, including strawberry, rosemary, lavender, lantana, mastic, prickly pears, agaves and cacti. There are also several fruit trees, including almond trees, and a natural pergola covered with table grapes. Close to the pool there is a vegetable garden that offers fresh seasonal products. The private parking for three cars is located near the entrance, under the steps that lead to the villa. A stone driveway connects the car park both to the entrance of the main trullo, through some steps, and to the entrance of the annex, surrounded by a frame of flowers and plants. N.B.: Please note that photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The rectangular-shaped pool is located and can be reached by walking across the lawn through a stone path. Rectangular in shape, it measures 12 x 5 m with a depth of 1.50 m; covered in tiled mosaic; equipped with a Roman staircase and side staircase for access; salt purification plant; indoor and outdoor lighting. The surrounding solarium is equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs and pergola. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
