Had a great 2-night stay at this hotel. Jenny at the front desk was super-helpful answering questions and making sure I had everything I needed. The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast had a wide variety of food on offer, much more than most hotels these days. My only (minor) complaint is that the cleaning products they use have a very strong odor which I didn't care for.

Stay at the Oswego Best Western for two nights! It was alright! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was hot and decent! The room was on the 1st floor and near the rear exit leading to the parking lot! Perfect! The room was clean but the tub drain was broken, so when you showered the tub filled with water. The shower curtain was dirty on the bottom because it stayed in the dirty water. I reported it to the front desk and he said he’d have it repaired. I reserved through Expedia and the check in time was not at 3, as indicated on the site, but at 4 pm. They allowed us to check-in early which was great! Worth the discounted price which was cheaper than reserving directly with the hotel.

Room was clean. No reservation about taking your shoes and sock off and walk barefoot on the carpet and floor. Bathroom and shower were very good condition also.
