Formidable séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Otranto, de plus l'appartement est très bien situé, cœur de ville mais au calme, à 5' de la plage à pieds ! Accueil des propriétaires extrêmement chaleureux ! Une très bonne adresse ! Catherine et Patricia

Ottimo!!

Ho soggiornato l'ultima settimana di giugno 2017. L'appartamento è piccolo ma completo di tutto e pulitissimo. Inoltre c'è un incantevole balconcino affacciato sul giardino. È situato a pochi passi dal centro di Otranto ed è una ottima base di partenza per le famose spiagge del luogo (Alimini, Baia dei Turchi, etc, etc), anche se, a mio parere, anche quelle raggiungibili a piedi non hanno niente da invidiare. Ringrazio la proprietaria per le utili informazioni e la disponibilità. Lo consiglio vivamente. A presto.

Lovely clean apartment in Otranto.

This is a very nice one-bedroom apartment in a new and well-maintained facility on a quiet street. It is not in the old town, but a few minutes walk away. Coffee shop, good grocery store, and other facilities within a block or two. The owners were helpful and charming. Good value for the money. Wifi adequate but spotty (usual performance in Europe). Highly recommended.

La sistemazione perfetta

il marimar è il posto ideale per trascorrere una vacanza ad Otranto. La struttura è nuovissima e curata nei minimi particolari, è situata in una zona strategica sia per andare al mare che per visitare il borgo. L'appartamento che abbiamo preso era pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i confort. I proprietari stragentili e disponibili e ci hanno saputo consigliare benissimo per visitare i luoghi di interesse. Fabulous!

Me and my girlfriend stayed in this beautiful, modern and clean studio (Porto Russo) beginning of June for 4 nights. It offers plenty of room to sleep and eat. It is equipped with everything you need from a kitchen, TV, bathroom, spacious wardrobe, drawers and most importantly air conditioning. We had no problem sleeping with the A/C on since it is a very new model with almost no noise. Parking (plenty of free ones) is possible right in front of the apartments. We never looked for a parking spot during our stay. There is Otranto's City beach 5min away walking. A nice bakery is just opposite of the Marimar, a supermarket 5min walk away and the old town with beautiful shops and restaurants just 12min walking distance. There are several other sandy beaches between 5 to 25min drive away. One better than the other. Annalisa, the owner, welcomed us personally and was very kind to show us the whole property and recommended us nice places to go for dinner. An amazing ice cream and coffe place (Martinucci) is just 5min walk away. We went there everyday! All in all Marimar is highly recommendable when visiting Otranto or other cities nearby!
