Check in as a hotel guest was challenging and frustrating. facility seems to cater to casino guests, not hotel quests. Check in parking was the biggest problem and frustration. Single lane for (drop off) only and 2 empty lanes for Valet. I understand it is best for the casino to charge additional fees for valet, but as a hotel guest there was nowhere to leave the car as you bring your bags in for check in to your room. I was scolded by a lady ( short blond hair) I was told that other guests could figure out where to park. ( I guess that means I’m the problem.

Wonderful stay, beautiful suites!

We had booked a smaller suite for a birthday and were very happy on check in to be bumped up to one of the larger corner suites. It was a beautiful room, spacious, very clean and comfortable. All the staff we encountered throughout our stay in the whole property were very kind, pleasant and helpful. The food at the restaurants was also very good. It was a great two night stay and we are so glad there is somewhere now closer to drive to of this calibre and quality. It was a wonderful getaway close to home!

Worst Hotel Experience I Can Remember

Regarding Room Service: 1. No one answers the phone, so I was forced to order through my television. As a result, preferences and important dietary considerations cannot be discussed. 2. Told it ends at 9:30pm, 9:45pm, 10pm and 10:30pm. Which is it? 3. They forgot multiple food items, then refused to bring them afterwards. One of the items was a Sprite, which was readily available from several open bars within the hotel. 4. Their employee lied, pretending that Gratuity is not included so that she would be tipped more. 5. Food did not come on an nice room-service table as usual (with glasses, utensils, condiments, etc), but instead it came in take-out food boxes. Was this Uber Eats or the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino?

Awesome property. Incredibly clean. The king suite we booked was very spacious. The shower and tub were bigger than we expected. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect getaway to celebrate my birthday. Definitely planning on going back again in December for the hubby's birthday.
