Check in was very poor. Kevin who checked us in never smiled and kept many people waiting an extended period of time without any explanation or apology. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. I would have appreciated a kettle and tea bag as coffee was the only option.

I stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel in Ottawa coming in from Alberta and was disappointed by one of their policies. I was not able to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy to my room from outside the establishment which was not communicated beforehand. Instead, we had to purchase drinks at their venue for $10+ I was very disappointed and upset by this. This should be a clear indication when booking! Not sure I’d be back!
