Until the last day, staff were unwelcoming. The bar/restaurant staff were too busy loudly complaining about their supervisor to take our food order in an empty bar. We paid for our drinks and left.I declined housekeeping, but asked for coffee supplies to be refilled. The staff left 3 coffee pods and nothing else ( no sugar, creamer or even a stir stick or paper cups) in a room for four people??? On a good note, the bathroom was large and fresh and the beds and linens were clean and comfortable. The location is also excellent.

The room was standard fare for downtown Ottawa. Check in was incredibly slow and frustrating. Lots of construction around so it felt dirty going outside, but overall it was what I expected.
