The breakfast bar was extremely busy and under staffed. Things ran out and they fill them immediately. The scrambled eggs were always coldand the toasters were outdated and took forever to toast bread.

Clean & Convenient

Visiting our son for a few days in Ottawa. More convenient to stay across the river in Gat than Downtown Ottawa. From check in to check out, it was great. Lobby & our room was updated. Husband forgot to clean out a dresser drawer full of clothes, which I called about it the next day, when I discovered it. Housekeeping did have them, thankfully I was able to have them picked up. I was a tad disappointed that staff didn't didn't reach out to me when they were discovered the day before....
