The basics were just barely covered. Rooms looked clean but carpet was not, it was gross walking barefoot on it. Bathroom was clean but most of the towels were stained. The entire 2nd floor smelled like a restaurant, I think families were living in rooms and their cooking made even the room smell.

The entryway to the hotel looked dated and not clean. It had been painted over and over and still looked dirty. However, inside, the place looked great. Beautiful pool, large, clean room, and nice clean hallway carpet. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Got stuck in the bathroom because the handle was broke on the inside, my wife had to let me out. The waffle batter for the machine looked moldy. Rooms were clean at least.

I always stay here when coming to ottawa the price is great the staff are always friendly, the beds are comfy and has always been clean, clise to walmart, gas stations and eating

the room was very nice and clean. Heating unit was not quiet at all a little hard to sleep. Breakfast was not great. Orange juice was warm. Waffles had a sour taste to them.
