I told the lady at the checkout counter at 10 am that I was checking out a day early and she said I would have to contact Travelocity. So I told you. I want my refund. Or I will never use you or that motel again. I can’t trust cheaters and that’s what you are.

Very friendly and clean. Very accommodating for my grandchildren and my pet. Good breakfast, would have liked the waffle maker up and going and the raisin brand was a little on the stale side. But other than that we enjoyed our stay very much.

Worst stay ever

When we came in for check in nobody was at the front desk. We had to call for them on a phone that was left there. When the young lady came she was very unprofessional looking and unpleasant. I have never had an issue checking in as I have been here before. When she proceeded to check me in she asked about the room I had booked and keep asking questions and I just told her was there a problem with my reservation she said no then said that if I keep giving her an attitude she was going to cancel my reservation. Ummm so in called for. She did not give me her name. The next morning when we went to “continental breakfast “ they supposed had it was very minimal carbs, coffee, juice, 1 waffle maker that was almost empty and 4 apples not impressed by there breakfast choices. The next few mornings there wasn’t even waffle mix to make waffles. This was the worst stay ever and the hallway smelled of curry of some sort the whole time.
