I liked that it was above the city up on the hill. It would be nice to have a better view as across the road there were trees and obstructions. Behind the hotel was a lookout which was difficult for people like us in our 60s to get to. If they were to improve access it would be very nice.

The hotel is older and certainly needs some work, particularly in the public areas (hallways, etc.). But the service was excellent and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

It’s meh …

Overall pretty run down motel. I would say it’s not bad for the price. It was a two day stay. I would definitely stay here again, not 5 star quality. Overall rooms are pretty renovated and behind the TV there is lots of dust. And bedsheets have old stains. This is a good budget stay but don’t be surprised with the quality of the rooms and the overall building.
