Two of the bedrooms feature king-sized beds, ensuring restful nights and added comfort for parents or couples.

Neighborhood: Kiwanda Shores is a private gated community of quality homes on the ocean front in Pacific City. Security, pride in ownership and peaceful enjoyment of the coastal experience is shared by Kiwanda Shores homeowners and renters alike. A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the Ocean Front homes. Beach access is available to the Second Row and Back homes.

Cancellation Policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
Occupancy Note: Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
Great location, short walk to the beach. All the amenities. Comfortable and clean. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. Helpful crew and quick response. We enjoyed staying here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
The house itself is nice. Clean. Fresh paint. Nice furniture and beds. The game room was a hit. It's very spacious so plenty of room for a large group. The location and proximity to beach is great. Do not expect wifi to work consistently. It would rarely stay connected. We were told the network was being taxed because it was the busiest weekend of the summer and "thats just how it is at the beach". We found rotting shellfish outside the house upon arrival. Potentially lethal for dogs. It took approximately 8 hours for the hot tub to reach 104 degrees. We could have overlooked those issues had the issues stopped but they didn't. The washer leaked and had dog hair and black mold in the seal. Most all sheets had black streaks, small but multiple and probably related. The bathroom and side door light flickered. The coffee pot leaked. It was replaced. he Char-grill does not seal and requires someone monitoring it, keeping it closed to keep at heat. The grease trap overflowed, making a mess and creating a fire hazzard. One blind in the living room broke. This window also had no screen. We ran out of trash bags while the office was closed (Friday night). I was woken up Monday morning at 8:15 by the sound of construction outside my window, directly in front of the house. Most of these things were little but compounded to impact the experience. Our opinion of property management is that they simply don't care. We believe they cut staff and housekeeping which impacts guest experience.
