River Retreat w/ hot tub, beach & arcade/ game room

Relax along the river on 6 private acres of waterfront! This retreat is the perfect gathering and play-spot with something for everybody in the group to enjoy. This includes a large *SANDY* beach, a spacious fire pit, 8-person hot tub, bocce ball/ game court, playground, game & arcade room and 9 hole disc golf course. (There are many amenities, so please read on or head to “The Space” section for more!)
Nestled along the river, the home is appointed with luxurious cabin finishes and nature-inspired NW style with plenty of cozy spaces for your enjoyment. Soak up the ambiance of the fire table on the covered deck and take in the views of the river & yard below. Or cook any of your favorite meals in the oversized kitchen, fully stocked with all the dishes and utensils you need! All the bedrooms are furnished with brand new mattresses and styled to provide you the most relaxing cabin experience, so you can snuggle in and feel right at home.

The Space:
Outdoors:
• The home sits on 6 private acres with ~1000 feet of **private** riverfront to explore
• Large sandy beach & many swimming holes to enjoy: we suggest laying out a chair & dipping your toes in the sand, or bringing your paddle board, kayak or tube and enjoying padding up and down the calm river offshoot that runs the property.
• **8** person hot tub under a covered deck, perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking or skiing/ snowboarding
• Large fire pit with seating for 10+ 2 kids seats -12 total (firewood not included, but we do have roasting sticks!)
• Game Court: perfectly set up for bocce ball, corn hole or ladder golf, all which we provide
• Brand new playground (will be available starting 10/24/24)
• 9 hole disc golf course (with discs included!)
• Read your favorite book in the Hammock along the river, or watch the
outdoor action in the hanging egg chair or hanging day bed, set under the cover of the deck.
• Private, community island is set directly across the way! Cross on over and explore.
• Tire swing for the kids (or adults!)
• Large covered deck with a grill, 8 person sectional, fire table, gas heat lamp and large dining table- All overlooking the river and the ample outdoor play area
• String lights throughout all the outdoor areas to make time outside fun during the day or night.
• Or you can just explore the 6 acres with several trails or cross on over to the private island, directly across from the Cedar Shed.

dishes, baking and cooking utensils you need.

are available for your use
