Villa Dora is a four-room apartment with a breathtaking lake view. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family villa with private pool, sun loungers and a large, furnished terrace overlooking the lake. Dedicated private parking, not shared with the other apartment, electric car charging station, barbecue on the terrace. It is a 5-minute walk from the lake and the favorite equipped beach in Padenghe. The apartment, furnished in an ancient and modern style, offers an equipped kitchen of the latest generation, fully equipped. A large and spacious living room furnished in an antique style. Three double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

Pets are not allowed.

Italian Homing will provide a welcome kit for all properties and all the necessary information about the property.
Customer support will be available exclusively through instant messaging apps or e-mail at the times indicated: from 9:00 to 19:00 and until 22:00 on the day of check-in.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, to sign the mandatory contract with the online structure and to perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explained that it is mandatory to deposit the required security by credit card as a guarantee, to guarantee any damage .
