We did not like that we could not choose a room on the first level. We both have mobility problems and found it very difficult to manage the stairs. Secondly I don’t appreciate speaking to a person on a screen for check in. It’s so impersonal! We.would rather have a live person at the desk.

The only one good thing is close Safeway . Terrible service’ the girl who was helping with “reception” had a lot of noises around her , she was laughing and talking to someone .

Rodeway Inn was a pleasent stay. Room was clean and the pool was refreshing after a day in the desert.

TV didn’t work, shower drain didn’t drain properly, refrigerator didn’t cool, no housekeeping in the 4 days there. Locks on doors are wore out, sink only had scalding hot water. Shower head sprayed water everywhere else and almost none out of the head.

Tad sketchy

Checked in around 8 and the had a remote person checking people in. The people in front of me had accents and the remote person did too so they struggled to communicate. I had asked for an accessible room but was assigned a 2nd floor room so they had to switch it. They didn't give clear instructions on how to enter the room so u walked around trying to figure out our street driving for 8 hours. Not great but the room was comfortable.

You get what you pay for

The service and location are wonderful, but the property is aging and has not been updated. The sinks and tubs are cracking and lacking caulk. Carpet is old. Pillows lumpy and bedding well used. It was as clean as they could get it.
