Home has a stocked kitchen, plush beds, minutes to trails, hot springs, and just a short drive to Wolf Creek. Whether you're soaking in the hot tub or hitting the slopes, this cozy home is your perfect base for unforgettable mountain memories! Inside the home, you’ll find a warm, thoughtfully designed space with all the comforts of home. The primary bedroom features a plush king bed, the second bedroom has a cozy queen, and the living room includes a sleeper sofa bed. Soft bedding, room-darkening curtains, and quiet surroundings make it easy to relax and recharge. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, dishes, and coffee to start your mornings off right. The open living and dining space is ideal for relaxing movie nights, card games, or just kicking back after a day of adventure. Step outside to enjoy your private hot tub, perfect after a hike or a day on the slopes. The swing chair on the porch is ideal for sipping coffee in the morning or wine at sunset. In the fenced back yard, challenge your friends and family to a fun game of cornhole, perfect for laid-back afternoons and evening laughs. During periods of heavy snow, we recommend a four-wheel drive, all-wheel drive vehicle, or tire chains. If your vehicle isn't equipped for winter conditions, you may need to wait for the roads to be plowed before arriving or heading out. The entire home and back yard is available to guests. The garage is not available for use. We will send a personal door code 48 hours before arrival.

*NO Parties or Events.  Weddings, receptions, bachelor or bachelorette parties of any kind are Not Allowed at or on the property.  The max occupancy for this home is 6 guests.
 
*Four-wheel drive, AWD vehicles, or tire chains are recommended during heavy snow periods.  If your vehicle is not equipped with any of these items, you may have to wait for the snowplow to clear the main highway and subdivision roads.

*There are exterior cameras at the entrances of the home to check in on the property when the home is vacant. You are welcome to cover the camera on the patio for additional privacy when using the hot tub or the outdoor space.
