This beautiful village house, fully renovated in 2020 and tastefully decorated, welcomes you to the heart of the Balagne region in northwestern Corsica, nestled in the picturesque village of Palasca.
With a capacity of 6 guests, it consists of a main house and an annex (completed in 2026), making it ideal for holidays with family or friends while still preserving everyone’s privacy.

Perched on the heights and accessible via a short flight of steps (around twenty), this charming old house is set in unspoilt natural surroundings. Here, time slows down, the maquis scents the air, and only the wind and cicadas gently disturb the tranquillity of the place.

The property is composed of two separate living areas:

Main house:
• 2 bedrooms
• 1 shower room
• 1 fully equipped kitchen

Annex:
• 1 living room with a 160x200 sofa bed
• 1 fully equipped kitchen
• 1 shower room

This configuration allows everyone to enjoy their own comfortable space, while still sharing convivial moments together on the terraces and in the outdoor areas.
The annex is accessible from inside and outside the house.

The house is not suitable for young children (under 7) or for guests with reduced mobility, due to the steep terrain and narrow staircase — but it is precisely this raw, authentic setting that gives the place its unique character.
