The house is a single villa at the end of an exclusive village located a few meters from the sea just outside the town of Palau.  
It enjoys a broad view of the sea, the islands of Santo Stefano, Caprera and La Maddalena as well as the Bear Rock.  
It has a large garden both in front and in the back, well planted with local vegetation and with walkable grass.  
It is equipped with a very pleasant outdoor gazebo under which you can eat while enjoying the beautiful panorama.  
Next to the gazebo is the built-in barbecue, with sink and outdoor built-in shower.  
Inside the village itself, protected from the outside by a fence and a private gate, there is access to a comfortable beach that can be reached in a few minutes on foot, ideal for families with children.   
The house is sunny and sheltered from the mistral wind and has a large porch with a granite table under which it is pleasant to have lunch.  Inside, the living room is quite large and the kitchenette has a large window that gives light to the room.   
The rooms are large enough and equipped with comfortable wardrobes.  
In both bathrooms we find a built-in shower.  
From the two rooms at the back of the house there is direct access to the garden.  The house is well ventilated and is equipped with ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms.  

Final gem, the solarium on the roof, from which you can enjoy a priceless 360 degree view of the sea and the hinterland.

Parties and events are prohibited. Any penalties will be borne by the tenant if the correct disposal and separate collection of rubbish is not carried out. . City Tax: € 3,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 15 nights
