The outer design of the building is beautiful, and the front desk staff were very helpful, polite, and able to make communication easy (as I do not speak Italian very well). I highly recommend.

The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are not. Hard beds, old moldy tiled bathrooms. No shower just a tub. We had mosquito bites all over us in one day.

Room smelled like cigarettes and mold. The bathroom had black hairs everywhere and the tub was very dirty. The bed was rock solid. TV was broken. Bugs in room.

Palermo a city in decay.

Local area is run down - but so is most of Palermo.

The cleaning changed the label on the door for please clean into do not disturb. So they do not gave to clean it. They went through our room .breakfast is very simple. Staff does her best
In this city there are no really better hotels than this one.
