It is a very clean and comfortable room. There was no coffee maker in the room was something that would be very welcome by customers.

Our bedding didn't seem to be changed or cleaned. Like they just remaid the beds after someone was here. The cleanliness is something to be desired. The walls doors floor everything is dirty grime on them. We had cockroach and ants in our room. Front lobby was not friendly apon arrive. Hardly said one word to me. Hospitality was lacking here. The breakfast was not appealing. The yogurt had a weird taste like it had been sitting out. they had a basket of old fruit left out to offer guests. So the only safe option we had to eat was dry cereal. I would not recommend anyone to stay here

The overall stay was good. The only problem I had was, I couldn't flush the toilet. There was no handle to flush, so I had to raise the top and stick my hand in the water to flush it

Poor Office Management

We stayed to ride the Palestine-Rusk railroad, which was hot! However, I forgot my backpack in the room which had numerous items I didn’t want to lose. I reached out to Super 8 and they had it in the office. However, they would “send it when they could” via Mail & More. Three weeks later, it still hadn’t been sent. I reached out to Bill at Mail & More today, and within 2 hours, they had retrieved my backpack from Super 8, had it packaged ready to be shipped. The manager at Super 8 stated that Americans don’t want to work and she was really understaffed. I guess it is all in how you run your business. I think Bill at Mail & More knows how to run his business, and most likely pays a better wage. The floor in the room looked good, but if you walked on it barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were filthy. It felt filthy, too.

I was very pleased. Room was bigger than I expected. It had a loveseat & desk!! Very large tv. Very clean & comfortable. Coffee machine!! Drawers to put my clothes! I didnt expect this great of place. Super 8 is my go-to from now on.

It was just OK. The coffee cups were used before as coffee was around the rim of the cup. Outside of A/C in room as so dusty you could see it. Bed was comfortable but too high to get in comfortably for an older person or short person. Won’t return there.

The room smelled horrible! We’re not sure if it was musty or what it was, but the smell had seeped into the bed linens (which were stained) and attempts to dispel it with the AC were futile. It made it difficult to sleep. A positive was the AC. It blasted and got cold quickly and stayed that way, which on a warm Texas night was nice to have. Without the smell, would have been a comfortable night, but sadly, the smell could not be overcome. Also, only one soap for the sink. No soap for the shower.
