Most of the electric outlets in room 217 were faulty. Either very loose or not working at all. I woke up in the morning and went straight to shower to go to a professional meeting. Bad news when the bathroom electrical outlet didn’t not work. I tried the one in the hallway next to the closet mirror. It was too loose and it did not works. The lighting in the roo Was not great, and I had to dry my hair ina very poor lighting. Very disappointing! Also disappointing was the coffee in the morning. It was more like a tea than a coffee. They should name it “Teaffee”.

Not a bad option in PBG.

Checking in and checking out was easy. Front desk associate at check-in was fantastic. Hotels in good shape, but the furnishings are starting to show their wear and carpet in my room was a bit stained.
