They had a lot of teens or kids unsupervised Many screaming for their friends from high floors to the bottom or running around with water guns near the elevator where guests are trying to use And no staff would say anything just let them be

The smell out of our rooms was terrible Too long of a walk to our room from the entrance

The grounds are quite nice. Great location. The hotel itself is old and rooms/hallways are in need of a refresh. We were in town for the tennis tournament and were disappointed with the sparcity of the busses provided. We had to wait over an hour after being told that a bus was 5 minutes away. In short, the resort did not contract enough busses to handle guests going during peak times.

It’s a great hotel, but the rooms are overpriced, in my opinion. The room we stayed in was small and had no closet. However, we still had a great time.

Property was beautiful & close to Paribas Open. Provided shuttle back & forth. Very friendly staff. Great concierge! Played golf & tennis! Outstanding food!

This resort is the best!

This resort was the best place we have stayed anywhere. it is absolutely gorgeous, very quiet rooms, and lots of amazing restaurants and bars. The service was top notch, everything was just the best. Will definitely be back!
