Good facilities with mini kitchen area but all utensils needed present and full cooking facilities. Quiet area good parking, nice pool and courtyards. One block east of the main thoroughfare of Palm Springs. Be aware that there is no daily housekeeping but every 3 days. You can ask for extra items if needed. We encountered this 3 day policy at several hotels on our trip. You do not get told until you are at reception so if it is important to you ask before booking.

We are big fans of 7 Springs, and go there every year for the past 20 years. We love the kitchenette, jacuzzi, the location at the top of the strip, there is always a nice staff, and it has style at an amazing price.

The suite was great with full kitchen. Loved the pool/jacuzzi and overall ambiance. Allowed me to do late check out, as I was trying to get into the hansen house by the hospital.

This was beautiful property, but it's going downhill. The plaster in the hot tub is all breaking up, the sidewalks and area are all dirty so you track dirt into the room. For the price it's nice, but it doesn't seem like it would take much work on their part to make it a lot nicer

7 springs is an older property but very clean and well maintained. The rates are very reasonable. Easy walk to downtown. Pool and hot tub are fine. Room stays cool. No maintenance person on site in the evenings so had to fix a toilet clog myself. Would stay there again.
