The Space
Casa San Marino offers an open-concept layout flooded with natural light and designed for easy living. The main living room features plush furnishings, a large flat-screen TV, and calming neutral tones with vibrant pops of color. Just off the main space, a second sitting area with floor-to-ceiling windows invites quiet reading or morning coffee with a view. The chef-style kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and sleek white cabinetry—fully stocked for preparing anything from poolside snacks to family dinners. The dining area seats six and connects seamlessly to both living spaces, keeping everyone connected no matter the occasion.

Sleeping Arrangements
• Primary Bedroom: King bed, en suite bathroom, serene garden views

All bedrooms include quality mattresses, soft linens, and plenty of storage space to make extended stays comfortable and convenient.

Pool Heat
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
• November–March: $75/night
• April, May, October: $50/night
Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Utility Surcharge
For stays of 28 nights or longer starting June 1st and ending September 30th, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.

Additional Policies & Rules
• No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
• 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
• No smoking inside home
• Renter must be 25+ years of age
• Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
• Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
