The front desk manager was awesome! Pool had just been replastered so was being refilled. Room was clean, definitely dated. Could use more soap than the one small tube they give.

the wifi didn't work, the TV had only a few channels, the pool was not available, and I had cockroaches in my room. The floor tiles were so cracked and uneven that I cut my foot on them.

It's what you expect based on the pictures. However, we weren't expecting to be welcomed by a giant puddle of water below the AC. We used one of the tiny trash cans to catch the water throughout the night. Hot water only came out of the sink faucet, none out of the shower. Make sure to bring your own hand soap!

Love Delos Reyes. Steve checked us in and was kind enough to switch us to a 1st floor room. He was friendly and helpful. I slept like the dead. Funky motel in a great location.

The main door to the room was missing a lock chain, and the sliding door to the pool was broken. No iron available. They had a stick to keep it closed, but when trying to open it, it took two people to open it. Behind the motel, there is an empty lot.

This is a cute little property with it's own retro charm. This was my fifth stay and unfortunately it will be my last. I can live with the pool being refurbished even though I booked a poolside room. But that's just the start. The chair broke and dumped me on the floor when I sat down. After over a week I still have the scab & bruise on my knee. A noise began at midnight, like tennis shoes in a dryer, and lasted until 6. I finally got up at 4 and made a video, recording the sound. The mini fridge froze & ruined my food. I found the front desk clerk at 6:30 and tried to explain and show him the video. He told me it "isn't worth nothing." And refused to look at it. He said he would throw away the chair, and that's great but how does it help me? He said it was my fault for putting my food in the fridge, and that the noise was probably "someone walking around upstairs." The noise was through the wall, not from the ceiling. After telling me "You know I don't have to be nice to you. " he refused to give me any contact information for the manager but said he would perhaps have him call me in a couple weeks He refused to give me his name also. The rudeness alone is worth a comped night. It was over the top.
