Bedbugs, refuse to refund

Many Bedbugs in the room, we leave the hotel cause receptionist said ok to refund but did not refund finally. Beaucoup de punaises de lit dans la chambre, nous avons quitté l'hôtel car la réceptionniste nous a assuré un remboursement qui n'est jamais arrivé.

Room was not clean when we got there, dirty they need to spray for bugs, and they need new mattresses

For 130 dollars they only provide toilet paper and a bar of soap. And only a little bit of decaf coffee in the lobby

Easy access to the freeway and located next to Denny’s and gas station. It was clean but the room smelled like smoke and we did specify wanting a non-smoking room. Otherwise everything was good!

Stay if you don’t care and are in desperate need.

When we got there, we noticed a stale smell coming from the office. The lady was nice, but cautious. I think the get a lot of shady customers there. When we got into the non smoking room, it smelled stale and of old cigarettes. The tv wouldn’t turn on, until we realized someone had unplugged it. The remote was broken. The bed was actually clean and made. The bathroom was dirty. It’s clear they do not really clean very well. I saw hair on the floor and the sink was dirty. We were afraid to touch anything. The people across from us had kids. How do we know? Because they let them run up and down the hallway screaming and playing well past 9 pm. I don’t mind kids. But that was rude for people who actually needed sleep. We ended up not staying the night. Left at 10:30 pm. Wasted our money.
