Booked a deluxe room with queen bed with fridge and microwave but when I got there all rooms wheres sold out... so had to put up with a standard room thats substandard. Not what I payed for

The front desk staff was not personable. Our room was next to the vending machines, ice and laundry room. Literally on the other side of the wall. We could hear people coming in getting ice, drinks and they’re loud naturally. The room was in a walkway where the staff and people are walking through and they’re talking to each other loud and laughing early in the morning. There was one soap to wash your body and none for your hands. The towels looked like car wash towels. The room was tiny. I wanted to leave and go somewhere else but it was just for a night. I want my money back really. Room number is 145. If they try to put you there, don’t let them. You won’t get any rest from all the constant noise from the vending/ice/laundry room and people walking and talking passing by your door.

Probbbbbably won't do that again...

Great place to stay if you are a tweaker & accustomed to domestic violence. (I'm not.) Totally different vibe when it seems most people were living there & not on vacation. The pool water itself was clean... The hot tub: DISGUSTING (stinky, dirty looking)... & NOT hot!! My shower (ADA) was not sloped to drain properly & would flood the bathroom/ bedroom so maintenance had to make a dam out of towels. My room did not have AC. Other than that, it was lovely. (Staff was kind.)

No daily maid service. But then, it is a motel, after all. The room was clean, though. Complimentary soap is provided but not shampoo. Wi-fi may be free but it's not secure. Use a virtual private network (VPN) if you have access to one. Downtown for shopping and dining is close, only a 1/2 mile away (an IHOP restaurant is a couple of blocks away, but it has limited hours). At one point my room card was lost, a staff member easily replaced it. Decent place to stay, nothing fancy.
