Superb Villa 8-10 persons with private pool, near beach

Las Estrellas is a detached house, entirely renovated in 2014, on a plot of land of 750m ². There is no vis-à-vis and it is situated on the borders of a protected pine forest.
The house is south facing with the pool looking towards the forest greenery. On the northern side, the sea is visible and is located 1km away from the house (5 minutes by car, 15 minutes by foot).
The house is circular with a living space of 200m². The central skylight provides bright natural illumination. Built on two levels, Las Estrellas has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an American kitchen and an open lounge and dining room.
The outdoor terrace surrounding the swimming pool includes a spacious wooden patio with a teak table for 10 people, and a summer braided resin lounge with a large sofa and 2 armchairs.
An outdoor stone barbecue with an integrated worktop provides an additional Summer flavor to your vacation.
The house is equipped with wireless internet, LCD flat TV (with satellite connection), dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with separate freezer compartment and a Nespresso coffee machine.
A Spar supermarket is situated down the road, 400 meters away.
