Great Location

Great location in the heart of Pamplona - comfortable, albeit cosy, rooms. Unusual shapes as a result of being a refurbished building. On site cafe not our preferred breakfast location as there are many more bars and cafes moments away.

We appreciated the quiet and privacy despite such a convenient central location. Excellent breakfast, very friendly and professional staff. No public spaces except for breakfasting.

Good place to stay in Pamplona center

Nice hotel in front of Plaza Consistorial, with restaurants and daily activities in the Plaza, however at night is quite which is good for sleeping. The room was a good size with a small balcony facing the plaza, the bed was comfortable, good size bathroom, very fast internet and good service in the 5th floor where we stayed. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very nice people at the reception. We were instructed to park in Plaza del Castillo parking and walk to hotel; it was not a bad walk even though we were carrying lot of luggage. The hotel discount for the parking end up being 13.95 dollars per day. We recommend this place.

My room was clean and comfortable but more than half of the room was not useable due to the roof cutting off half the space. I had to duck my head to walk around the room.

It is not a four star hotel. It’s a hotel with a little cafeteria which serves only the very basic. It is run by young women like if they were home. The sheets were all soil, etc. Don’t sale it a four star. I don’t think Expedia is doing the right checking on The hotels in Europe. Or It is not sending the right people to check.

Lots to love about Pamplona and this hotel, starting with its central location right next to city hall and a nice town square. We loved the spirit of the people of Pamplona, the great food options, walking to follow a small portion of the Camino (which passes thru the town), seeing the path of the running of the bulls, walking the ramparts, and more. Overall very delightful. The hotel is what one would expect from a 4-star hotel - clean & comfortable. We thought it was a good value for the money.
