This gorgeous 1 King Bedroom, 2 spacious Bathroom Condo on the 6th floor is completely renovated and updated with charming and classy coastal décor. It's the perfect "Home Away from Home" and is waiting for you to enjoy on YOUR Beach Vacation! This upscale condo has been totally redone with beautiful new luxury vinyl flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, new furniture, and new gel mattress topper! You will enjoy the ice in the freezer door, the fully stocked kitchen complete with a Keurig coffee maker, spice rack, salt and pepper and a brand new blender for your use! There is plenty of cookware, dishes, and glassware for you to use in case you plan to stay in and cook a fabulous meal! You will find everything you need to make your stay complete including coffee pods, sweeteners, trash bags, soaps and shampoos, plenty of towels, clothes hamper, assorted clothes hangers, luggage rack, ironing board and a brand new washer and dryer for your use. This unit has a brand new air conditioner installed in 2020 that will keep you cool and comfortable and a brand new stand up shower in the master bath that will soothe your senses after a long day at the beach!

This relaxing retreat includes FREE beach chairs and umbrella during the season (March 15th or sooner through October 31st).

Beautiful condo with everything you need. Kitchen is fully stocked. Teresa had things most condos don’t include- we typically have to buy coffee pods, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags- we still did BUT it was so nice to have a starter stash! The sheets and towels were nice quality not scratchy hotel quality we are used too. The mattress was so comfy. The balcony was so nice to relax on and enjoy the view. The fridge having an ice maker was so nice to use to our cooler for the beach. The 2nd bathroom was big enough for a pack and play for our baby! My only feedback would be pack an alarm clock- condo doesn’t have. Pack a sound machine the BR is next to the outside hallway and you can hear guest walking back and doors closing and people talking. And pack a dark sheet or blanket and some clothes pins the BR has lights right outside and the curtains are sheet making the BR bright as you are trying to sleep.

10/10 would recommend! Great condo, love the beachy vibe, it was very clean, and well appointed. The check in/out instructions were easy to follow, don’t forget to print your parking pass. It’s nice having a door code keyless entry. Very important to us is a comfortable bed when we’re away from home so we don’t wake up with a back ache, this one is definitely comfortable. The chair service that comes with the condo is also an important perk to us so you don’t have to schlep chairs and an umbrella back and forth. Book the condo, enjoy your coffee on the balcony while watching the dolphins, you won’t regret it.

This is our second time to stay. It’s our favorite. Clean, beautifully decorated and conveniently located to our needs. We split our days between the beach and then the pool. Beautiful condo and well stocked.

Teresa was so easy to work with, and I've never stayed in a condo that was stocked as much as this one. It was beautiful. Me and my family got three condos at this resort, and mine was the best one.The bed was so comfortable. Loved all the decor. The only thing I didn't like about this resort, was the parking garage across the street and having to take two different elevators and escalator to get to our room. Teresa did explain the best way to unload our luggage and where to go. It was very helpful to us. I saw some people struggling on where to go. I would definitely stay here again and book this condo.
