This is a Cabana unit that is right on the beach level. The unit features 2 queen beds, kitchen, bath, wifi and a large screen TV. Kitchen comes equiped with stove/oven, frig, microwave, dishes and pots and pans. The property is located in a very popular area of Panama City Beach just minutes form Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex, Frank Brown Park sports and aquatic center, Walmart and Gulf world marine park. The unit comes with bed linen and a set of towels. No daily maid service but there is a guest coin laundry on the property. No elevators.

Bill, the host, was extremely nice. I lived in PCB in the late 90s/early 2000s and I LOVE the original properties, restaurants and shops. To be an original, this place was nice. To top it off, it is across the street from Shuckem’s, one of the best restaurants. Just a perfect location and beach vibe. I’ll try to stay here from now on. There’s no office to order new/clean towels and sheets. That was the only problem. I’ll bring more of my Own next time because this is an easy fix. My kids like to shop and the newer things of PCB, and we were right beside Pier Park. Win Win! Loved the stay! ♥️

We had a wonderful time but we weren’t stocked for a weeks stay. We only had 4 towels and a couple wash cloths. No extra linens and the beds were very old, springy, and uncomfortable. The view was a little misleading in the description. We were right in front of the pool which stayed crowded and loud most of the time. I do prefer a better view! The overall location was great and almost everything was in walking distance. Regardless, my family of 4 had an amazing time and the owner was very kind.

The room was very dated but very clean and was a quick last minute cheap rent . Will try to get a room higher off ground next time ! Over all very happy with my stay !
