Awesome Location ~ Walk to the Beach ~ Cool Surf Theme - Affordable

The PCB Surf Shack is just one block from the beach. It has peek-a-boo gulf views. It is pet friendly. What more could you ask for, It's Perfect!
It is sleek, and modern, and very cool. You will feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. We have stocked the unit with everything you could need. From the blender to make a frozen cocktail to the beach chairs and cooler you don't need to pack in your mini van.
This is a 2 story townhouse that has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area downstairs. There is also a half bathroom downstairs.
The living room has a TV with YouTube TV and Roku and plenty of seating for everyone.
The 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom are upstairs. The main bedroom has a king size bed, L-shaped closet and french doors that open to a nice balcony with peek-a-boo gulf views perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings or a nice breeze and sunsets in the evening!!
The second bedroom has two queen beds and a big closet.

At the back, the house has a storage room with beach chairs, beach cart, cooler and some kids-beach-toys. There is also a grill perfect for your bbq's after the perfect beach day.

You can also book the PCB Fishing Shack next door for bigger groups. If you want to travel with your friends but you still want your own house and privacy. Each townhouse sleeps 6 people.

1st snowbird experience

This is a great property. We found everything exactly as advertised. It is close to everything but far enough away from the crowds in city center. A little cool here in December and January, but alot better than shoveling snow in Maine.

The property is located just across the street from a gorgeous white-sand beach and had everything needed for our short stay. The area is not touristy or too crowded, yet about 20 minutes from all the action at Pier Park.

Great Location

I wanted a relaxing weekend at the beach away from traffic and craziness, and that is exactly what I got with this property! The owners were very communicative and helpful. The property itself was great. I could not have asked for a better location! It was so easy to get to the beach every day. Above all else, I loved that they welcomed my dog! I didn’t have to find a pet sitter and have the worry that my dog was okay in the back of my mind. Great stay!

Loved our short stay here. Older building but inside completely redone. Owner easy to contact and short walk to beach. Master bed comfy. Good kitchen supplies. Would invest in new lawn chairs for deck and beach. Thanks will stay again.

great beach house

this house is perfect for your stay at the beach. the best part is we were able to bring our dog. the street is very quiet and the house is very nice and decorated nicely. the walk to the beach is very short and easy. I will definitely stay here when I come back.
