He was kind, professional and quick with responding. The condo was clean and spacious with a great view of the beach. Overall, met all expectations.

Awesome beach condo
Posted Apr. 12, 2024 on HomeAwayWe stayed May 20-27 and loved the location. Beautiful view of the beach and pool! Especially loved that it was on the 2nd floor, so you don’t have to deal with the elevator and much easier with pets. Host was also very easy to communicate with.

Last minute getaway
Posted Apr. 12, 2024 on HomeAwayWe booked last minute and it was everything it said it was. We had everything we needed just steps from the beach. The heated pool was great. The view was amazing!! Any questions were answered immediately. We will be back.

We travel with our pets and this unit was perfect. All tile floor (except in bedroom) relieved our concerns about possible pet accidents. The 2nd floor location is convenient to the stairs so no waiting for the elevator was required. And the view overlooking the pool out to the ocean definitely lowered our blood pressures.

Nice unit at Pelican Walk

This unit was immaculate upon arrival and had everything we needed to have a great week at the beach. Being on the 2nd floor is very convenient and makes it easy to get to the beach. Super easy to deal with the owner directly. We will stay again!
