We will only rent this unit to guests agreeing to treat our home as their own.

Upon arrival guests will be required to pay a one time $39.59 registration fee (per party NOT per guest), this fee will include wristbands for all guests and parking passes for your stay (this is typical for most PCB resorts). We encourage primary guest to pre register to save $10.00 @ tidewaterhoa.com/registration

You will receive personalized service and we will be available 24/7 if you have any issues at all. Our Ring Doorbell Camera also provides Security and assistance if you have any issues with entry.
Before your arrival, you will receive information from us reminding you to bring your welcome letter and rental agreement for the condo, resort and PCB.

The condo was perfect, clean and the views amazing. The host was very responsive. We stayed in January and the weather was chillier than expected. The balcony was protected enough that with the sun it was quite comfortable to sit outside and enjoy the ocean view! In unit laundry was really nice and extra bonus, the water pressure was great! This is our second time staying in this unit and each time has been great! Communication with the owners is phenomenal. They are quick to respond with any questions and even called to make sure the room was to our satisfaction upon check in. Definitely book this room!

Great communication with host, they made the process very easy. The unit is in a great location
 amazing views and just down the street from Pier Park. Our only complaints, and these are more-so on the resort not the host, is that the unit was not very clean. Hair on all the beds and in the showers and bathroom drawers. The towels the resort provides are old. Luckily we packed our own sheets and towels. But even with these few things we would still recommend staying here. The resort amenities are pretty nice and obviously you’re right there on the beach.

Summer get away

Laura’s home was perfect for our families needs. She was courteous, and very quick with her responses when we needed her. Our only complaints have nothing to do with this space, as it was accurately listed, and served its purpose for our stay. As others have mentioned, the elevators stink. With 30 floors, it’s to be expected to wait though. The only other complaint would be the staff of Tidewater. Several of the employees we interacted with were not happy individuals, and some just flat out rude. I tried to give grace, because who knows what happened before they clocked in.

Very nice stay

Loved the place, very comfortable and clean. I was easily able to contact the owner with questions and she texted me right back fast. Beach chairs and such were provided, which was very cool. All utilities worked just fine. The beach was beautiful and perfect. The view from the room was amazing. I won't even mention the elevator situation....cuz you can just read all that in another review. That really has nothing to do with the condo itself anyway. I would definitely stay again. We had a great time.

A Get Away

After several years of being at PCB, it was a fantastic place with a wonderful view of the beach from the room. Everything was clean and nicely furnished. It has all the needed supplies and I particularly loved the Pioneer Skillet! We appreciated the owners and their helpfulness during our stay. We look forward to coming back again. Yes, the elevators are slow, but due to the number of people at the resort it is totally expected.
