Beach Front Studio Direct Gulf View King and bunks

Imagine relaxing in the warmth of Florida's sun and the cool gulf breezes as you are serenaded by the surf. That dream is reality at Top of the Gulf #711. Enjoy beach living at its best in this beach view condo that sleeps 4. Inside the unit you have a beautiful view of the beach and just steps outside the door there is a large shared balcony. This unit has a comfortable king size bed as well as twin bunk beds. This is a non smoking/vaping unit. You must be 21 to rent and show ID at check in

This condo has everything you need for a great vacation on the beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking or fixing a quick snack before you head back to the sand. The kitchen has an apartment size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, a full size stove and oven. There is a keurig coffee pot, toaster and cookware.

WE SUPPLY: All bed linens and 6 bath towels 2 hand towels and 4 wash clothes. Two rolls of toilet paper, one dishwasher detergent capsule and two trash bags will be also provided . This condo is equipped with a coffee maker, blender, and all necessary cooking utensils as well as WiFi in the unit. There is also a hair dryer and iron provided.

There are no beach towels provided.

DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES ARE NOT PROVIDED DURING YOUR STAY.
There is a coin operated washer and dryer on the floors 2, 4 and 6 for your use if you need to wash your linens during your stay.

No condos at Top of the Gulf have a private balcony but there is a small balcony a few steps outside our door that is perfect for watching sunsets from. Just down the hall is a large common balcony with plentiful seating that faces directly towards the gulf.

No pets allowed

Guests will have full access to the condo as well as all common spaces including pool, kiddie pool, grills, balconies, sun deck, laundry room, game room, exercise room ( 6th floor) internet lounge and private beach access. Beach chairs are available to rent on the beach during season. There is also a pool side snack bar that serves snacks, light meals and drinks between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

We are always just a phone call away if you have any issues during your stay.

Located directly on the white sand beach this condo is easy walking distance to Hammerhead Fred’s. It is also less than a mile to Pineapple Willies. Walmart, Ripley's and Wonderworks are less than two miles away .
We recommend a car for you to explore everything PCB has to offer.

You will need to go to the office on the 1st floor of Top of the Gulf to buy a parking pass and armbands. The cost is $30 for one parking pass and four armbands for your entire stay. (may be higher during spring break) there is only one parking pass issued per unit during busy periods. Both of these items are required and closely monitored by our security and staff for your protection.

Wonderful!

We loved this condo! It was perfect size for me, my husband and our 11 year old daughter. She had her own space with the bunk beds which was great! Easy access to the pool and the beach. Close proximity to a lot of nearby attractions, Walmart and places to eat. We had a great time and loved this condo! We would stay again!

Short stay

Room was very clean and comfortable. Randy was very responsive and allowed us to check in early which i greatly appreciated. The only thing I did not like was no rooms has balconies, this was my completely my error in not reading the description thoroughly. The common balcony area was very nice, i do just like having one connected to my room.

Even better then expected!!!

This condo was absolutely PERFECT!!!! We had no issues once we arrived. We drove up, the attendant gave us our parking pass, code to get into the condo worked with no issues. The condo was very clean, super cute, fully stocked with cooking supplies, bathroom necessities, great location and very relaxing and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing . We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you Randy for allowing us to stay. We look forward to coming again real soon.

Solid 3.5 Stars - Great Owner

We booked this condo as a short weekend getaway. We arrived after check in hours so security gave us our wristbands and parking tag with no trouble. We made our way to the condo on the 7th floor and used the easy open keypad. The room immediately smelled horribly of cigarettes. Like
 AWFUL. We let the owner know that the property was not up to par and also so we did not get charged the $500 fee for smoking. It was late so he didn’t respond until the next morning. However, he did come by the unit and leave an air purifier and mostly fixed the smell. We really appreciated Randy coming in quickly to help. Overall the condo was clean and enough room for us. Good beach views and close to amenities. Pros: -Beach view -Right on the beach -Plenty of parking -Clean condo -Adequately stocked kitchen -Close to restaurants Cons: -Painfully slow internet, had trouble watching Netflix during rain or at night -The bed/pillows are not the best but I’ve definitely slept on worse -Limited amount of hot water -Initial smell of smoke (should be resolved now) -Only one beach access and you have to walk all the way around the pool with your beach gear. Overall a solidly decent stay! Would stay here again.
