A surprise since some reviews have been not good. Stayed here in 60s when it was cottages. A cousin owned this till the late 70s. Very spacious and very affordable. Parking is the only issue.

Just needs upgrades and newer sheets. Bed sheet stains and felt moisture in the bedding. No refrigerator compartments on inside of refrigerator. Few parking spaces on premises fill quickly. Across the street parking in three of their abandoned building lots. Unattended. Good working heating and air. Nice hot running water. Nice pool. Nice path down to beach right past the pool area. Reasonable rates.

Room clean. Two a/c heaters per room. Large rooms full kitchen with most utensils. Bring can opener / bottle opener. Pool and hot tub open mid November. Right on a beautiful part of the beach. About 0.5 miles from city pier. Grocery store about 2 blocks west. Private balcony each room great sunset views for 3 floors up. Pool and hot tub clean and well maintained. Good water pressure. Thank you for wonderful stay.
