On the ground level is a beautifully appointed and roomy in-law suite, providing all the luxury the rest of the home has to offer. It also provides a private living and entertainment area to snuggle up and watch TV or get cozy in the sitting area to read a book or catch up on emails. There’s a kitchenette and breakfast bar with seating for 2 with the same luxury finishes as the main kitchen upstairs. Located on the main living floor is a spacious living room, with an oversized sectional couch positioned perfectly to either sit and watch the tide come in or watch the flat-screen HDTV with cable and high-speed internet.

The main kitchen on the second floor is a dream to cook in with gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and an easy-to-clean flat-top stove. Planning a sit-down meal will be a breeze, with seating for 8 at the large dining room table and 4 more at the kitchen bar.

• MASTER BEDROOM: King Sized Bed, seating area for reading or watching television, a large private ensuite with a jetted soaking tub and a walk-in shower, along with private access to the third-floor balcony
• GUEST BEDROOM #2: King Sized Bed, private ensuite, and doors leading out to the third-floor balcony overlooking the ocean
