Our non-smoking, fourth floor, ocean front, corner unit in Tower 2 is available to you! It features three bedroom SUITES with a 525 sq. ft. private wrap-around balcony. Enjoy panoramic views of the emerald Gulf.. Our family vacation home is as close to the beach and water as you can get.

Inside... YOU can expect the UNEXPECTED! Our 1847 square-foot deluxe unit is the largest and most luxurious suite style at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort and is beautifully decorated in a coastal style.

The private balcony opens from the dining room, kitchen, living room, 1st master bedroom suite and 2nd master bedroom suite and is the best place to view dolphins jumping while enjoying your morning coffee or enjoy the most beautiful sunset over the gulf.




Our unit offers spectacular views from the kitchen, dining area, and family room. We visit often and make every effort to ensure the unit is well kept and clean.

So that your vacation is worry free, we provide many extras.....a full size washer and dryer, a set of on the beach lounge chairs with umbrella, 4 + beach chairs to carry to and from the unit, sand and water toys, books, games, portable crib/pack & play, wireless internet, and many kitchen appliances. We also are happy to provide you with a list of some of the places that have become our favorites over the past 25 years!!

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort offers beautiful grounds, a golf course, a full service spa, 11 swimming pools, 6 reflecting ponds, 4 whirlpool spas, a Polynesian-style Lagoon Pool with waterfalls and islands within the pool itself, 1/2 mile of private beach, water sports (jet ski, parasail, banana boat, Kyak, Chartered boats), full service restaurants and bars, Edgies ice cream and coffee shop, gift shop, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, activities pool-side (summer only), and 24 hour security.

EBR is conveniently located to countless activities. There are several restaurants, shops, and activities such as miniature golf and a game room all easily within walking distance. Pier Park is a short 5 minute drive. Here you will find several unique stores, many great restaurants, bars, live music, a movie theater, kids activities, and even a mall with all your favorite stores!! Lovely condo. Very clean. Great weather. The only negative was the parking pass. It was out of the way to pick up(they should be left at the gate no matter the time). I was charged 50 for one pass. We have been going to PCB for 35 years and stayed at several different condos , this is the first time we have ever had to pay for parking one vehicle. Very disappointing Edgewater.

The Condo was spacious and the corner condo had great views but there were a few things that were broken and unorganized but I may be alittle OCD!The rental chairs that come with the condo are way too far away from the building especially when you are having to haul enough stuff for a large family with small kids! We actually ended up having to rent chairs that were more convenient which I was not happy about but it was just too far of a haul for ME! Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with just about everything! My only recommendation would be to upgrade to a nice Keurig Coffee Maker!

Our stay was perfect. The size and layout of the Condo was great. The corner unit is impressive with views of the ocean and beach from almost every room. It was very clean and had all the things you would need to cook and plenty of space for everyone to sit and eat. Everything in the Condo worked correctly and we did not have one problem. The owner was available before our stay to answer questions and during our stay if needed. We did not need anything but it gave me peace of mind knowing they would respond immediately if needed. I would highly recommend this Condo. The unit was great (4th floor Tower 2). The Edgewater Beach Resort also has a lot of amenities. You could stay here and never leave the property. We will definitely rent this Unit again if it is available. Thanks for a great relaxing week with a lot of fun and no problems.

Awesome vacation!

My family and I visited the week of June 14-21 and loved the condo. Great accommodations, very clean, comfortable balcony adirondack chairs and the views were amazing. Pictures do not do this condo justice. My family and I will be back.

Nice stay. We did book this for multiple specific reasons, one being the tub. It would not hold water. I informed the owner on Sunday and she said it worked for them a few weeks prior. She said the earliest it could get there was Wednesday. The stopper never came. Otherwise it was a good easy vacation.

Condo was beautiful as the pics suggested and it was apparent that the unit had been recently remodeled. Fabulous views of the Gulf. It was very clean and this was most appreciated as we had babies crawling on the floors. The owner was thoughtful, responsive and included the little things that make for a great stay away from home. The location is great and it is conveniently located to everything. We loved our stay and will definitely try to reserve this unit for our next visit to PCB. We highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely amazing space, location, and amenities!

Hands down our best family vacation. The condo is in a very large resort. I was leary of staying in a condo as we usually rent single family units. The condo is and end unit with spectacular views and felt extremely private.The space was perfect for our family of 5. Owners thought of every possible thing we needed right down to a french press.We enjoyed the gym facilities and I'm pretty sure my husband and oldest son are now pickle ball fanatics.Didn't really use pool or hot tub but spent most of our time at the beach. Property wash just as pictured. Very nice and clean. My family and self enjoyed our stay and hopefully will make this an annual trip. We did have a few issues. There were no black towels in the bathroom as advised for makeup removal, the floor threshold at bedroom 1 was broken, some dishes and pots weren't clean, ice and water dispenser had bugs, and i found food and kool-aid drink pouch in a drawer.

Amazing views and easy beach access.

Great location. Convenient to restaurants, groceries, and onsite event center. Amazing views and easy beach access. 4 adults and 3 kids stayed and there was plenty of space for sleeping and lounging around. Balcony is massive! A few minor maintenance fixes needed but nothing that negatively impacted our stay.

Wonderful stay!

We love the Edgewater Resort & this unit was exceptional. We loved the quieter location in Tower 2 not overlooking the main pool, but only steps to get there. It was perfect. The unit is beautifully remodeled and felt like home. It had everything we needed including pans, kitchen utensils, a hair dryer, beach chairs and toys, etc. We'd love to stay in this unit again and again!
