This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 5th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master bedroom. King size bed in the second bedroom. Queen sleeper in the living area. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has a table with 6 chairs and a lounger. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

The Property was awesome.

Very Clean... pics are very current....the only drawback was the umbrella service....you physically have to get up at 8am every morning at go by tiki hut to check in before you can put towels on chair....every where I've ever stayed clipped your name to the chairs...it was a pain but still a beautiful vacation....condo was great!

Worst vacation EVER!!!

Do not go to this property if you have preteens or teenagers! Our children were verbally harassed by security several times. My 12 year old and his friend were wearing the mandatory wristbands for the property and still accused of not staying there and lying to security. We were then evicted from the property by the security officer and 2 police officers at 8 pm on Friday night while eating diner because someone allegedly spit over the balcony. We had 20 minutes to pack up and leave or we would have been arrested. Helen never responded to our texts or calls and still hasn’t done so!

Wonderful condo. My favorite place to stay so far; Emerald Isle Resort is perfect. Complimentary beach chairs with rooms. Enough pool space for everyone; not crowded! We grilled steaks without a problem on the gas grills by the pool. There are plenty of elevators and parking was not an issue. Ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was good. AC worked great! The condo was well kept and just as pictured. When we got to the room, the curtain rod was bent so I emailed the property manager. Maintenance was there a couple hours later and repaired it. Not one complaint from me.

Nice Condo

Condo was very clean and exactly as pictures showed, with the exception of the guest bathtub which was remodeled with a nice walk in shower! It was great having front row beach chairs every day! I would come back to this condo.

Almost Perfect

The unit shows well, in pictures. Reality is outdoor furniture excludes lounge chairs, and deck cushions were iffy. Kitchen had nice new appliances, while we wouldn't use existing pots and pans. Couch looked comfy in pictures, in reality cushions were done. Beds were comfortable, while dresser drawers were in need of repair. Overall location and building amenities were, are great, unit could use some attention to detail.

Clean, Friendly, and an ideal family Location

This place is great! Condo was clean and spacious. Extra points for having a washer and dryer! Parking was plentiful at all times. Easy access from the condo to the beach and the balcony view was beautiful. Great for a family getaway in PCB without the party atmosphere. Close to anywhere you could want to go. Definitely check out Pier Park, lots of shops and great food right by the pier.

Visiting for a wedding and fun in the sun!

This property was great for our party of six. We had plenty of space to accommodate everyone and the balcony was huge with amazing views. The resort is on the western end of town so the beach seemed to not be as crowded as some other areas. All the accommodations at the resort were wonderful great place to stay.

Suggestions

We had a great experience, but there are a few suggestions that would have made our stay better and will benefit future tenants. 1) Locks on the bedroom and bathroom doors
.this would have prevented my three year old from barging in on everyone 😂 2) Bolt on the entry door
this would prevent kids opening the door to go out and provide extra security at night. There is a lock on the door but it doesn’t work, it just turns. 3) Have the person who cleans/maintains the condo double check that all TVs work before leaving. My parents are older and handicapped and stay in the condo the entire time; their tv did not work until the last day.

We really like this place

We've never been to Emerald Isle Beach Resort and we really liked it. This place "runs a tight ship". No garbage around, wear those wristbands, security always visible, housekeeping cleaning glass doors all the time, stocked vending machines, working fast 4 elevators, larger than normal hot tub and clean pools (not that large and only 2 sides for chairs but it worked for us). . We're picky about easy beach access . We joked "back already?" when running back to the condo from the beach to get something. As for our unit, it needs a little TLC (like bathtub sink drains not connected) but It's the little things that matter to us and we particularly liked the cleanliness, perfect working A/C and TV's, ice cubes super solid lasted forever, and Hot water with hard water pressure, comfy couch, stocked kitchen. The balcony, wow, it's much bigger than what we're used to and directly facing the beach. Beach chairs were awesome & the guys at the beach were nice and accommodating. We can't forget to mention Mike's Oyster Bar & Grill right across the street, we went 4 times, why not if you don't have to drive and it was delicious every time and Thomas (Mike's) Donut & Snack Shop a super short drive down the street, donuts were too good to be true. Overall, a great experience and we'll be back!

Beautiful condo.

Very well kept condo. Was clean and well appointed. Great location if you want to be close to the main attractions but not staying in the middle of them. Very nice building. The pool and hot tub areas were great. Even two very nice large stainless steel grills available for your use. Would definitely go back.
