The Space
Access the condo via convenient keyless entry and make your way through the entry hallway to the open-concept space that includes kitchen, dining area, and living room. Settle back and relax on comfy living-room seating, including an electric recliner with lumbar support and head adjustment. Soak in the coastal vibe as you warm yourself by the electric fireplace. Overhead, the ceiling fan circulates air.

Enjoy your favorite movies, shows, and sports on the 50" Samsung ROKU TV via popular streaming channels using your own log-ins. Or opt for viewing the emerald-hued waters of the Gulf of Mexico right from the living room.

Better yet, step out onto the balcony through the slider doors and take in the fresh salt air as you sit on the balcony rocking chairs. Guests rave about watching spectacular sunsets from these rockers. A small balcony table creates a lovely spot to sip a morning hot beverage or cocktail or enjoy a snack.

At mealtime, the fully equipped kitchen is close at hand and features all the standard major appliances – refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. You’ll have plenty of counterspace, including in the kitchen island, plus all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite recipes. The pass-through layout makes food served from the kitchen counter easy to grab from the dining area, where you’ll find a table for 6.

Discover the 2nd Bedroom with its 2 queen beds and storage in the form of a closet, dresser, 2 nightstands with drawers, and a luggage rack. The 2nd Bedroom’s ensuite bathroom provides a shower and all bathroom essentials. Lull yourself to sleep watching the 32" TCL ROKU TV.

To accommodate any additional sleeping needs, the living-room provides a queen sleeper sofa.
