Panama City Beach is waiting for you at this brilliant 2-bedroom townhome. The cozy living room with a sofa bed offers extra space for guests to relax. With 2 full beds, this property is perfect for a small group looking for a soothing retreat. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washer and dryer during your stay. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. After 2 1/2 years of using this property for personal use, we have put it back on the market for vacation rentals.
This wonderful townhouse has been remodeled and is fully equipped to make your stay a memorable one. We now have 2 FULL BATHS. Take 4 steps to the pool or a 5 min. walk to the beach. Relax on the patio while the kids enjoy the pool. We have a max. of 6 guest including children. Must be 25 yrs old to rent and must be staying in the unit.

Must be 25 years old to rent and must be staying in the unit. Registered guest ONLY are allowed in the unit and the pool.
Load and start the dishwasher upon departure. Empty all trash containers. Quiet time is 10 pm-8 am. No parties or gatherings are allowed.
Please note that we have a limit of 6 guest, including all children. Infants are fine and do not count as guest.
