This spectacular beach house is brand new and features a private pool and secluded backyard. The large open concept floor plan allows for maximum enjoyment among all guests. All living areas overlook the lushly landscaped private pool and spacious backyard. Located on the quiet West End of Panama City Beach and close proximity to 30-A, this house is perfectly situated to take advantage of everything the world class beaches of north Florida have to offer.

DETAILS:
The large open concept floor plan allows for maximum enjoyment among all guests. All living areas overlook the lushly landscaped private pool and spacious backyard which is designed for entertaining or just relaxing or taking a nap. The patio features a 43" flat screen TV so you can enjoy the game poolside. The spacious kitchen is a chef's dream. Stainless steel appliance, quartz countertops, pot-filler, farmhouse sink, large walk-in pantry and two coffee makers are just some of the features in this fabulous kitchen.

Overlooking the pool and back porch, the dining area farmhouse table has seating for 10 guests. The oversize kitchen island also has seating for an additional 4 guests. Cooking up the catch of the day straight from the Gulf of Mexico, making fresh guacamole or mixing up a batch of mango margaritas will be a joy in this fully equipped kitchen. The living area has exquisite craftsmanship including crown molding and tray ceiling. The inviting seating group in the living room, which includes two sofas that also open into queen size sofa beds and two padded sitting stools, is a perfect gathering spot to catch up on all the day’s activities, play games in the evening or watch your favorite sports team on the 75" HD TV.

The private master suite, located on the first level overlooking the pool and adjacent to the open concept living space, features a king size bed, 55" flat screen TV, ceiling fan and en suite master bathroom with granite counter tops, double vanities, full size walk-in shower, spacious walk-in closet, blow dryer, make-up mirror and separate lavatory room.

Bedroom 2 is located down the hall and features a queen bed and 43" flat screen TV, ceiling fan, spacious closet and clock radio with USB outlets. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and 43" flat screen TV, ceiling fan, spacious closet and clock radio with USB outlets. The second bathroom is located between bedroom 2 and 3 and features a tub/shower combination. The entire 2nd level can serve as an additional private master suite that can accommodate 4 guests and features a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, 55" flat screen TV, ceiling fan, clock radio with USB outlets and a private full-size bathroom which includes a shower/bathtub combination, oversize vanity, lavatory and blow dryer.

The luscious outdoor pool complex which features the private pool, spacious walkways and large gathering deck which has a gas grill and abundant seating for the entire family and enclosed with a privacy fence. After a day at the beach, kick back and relax poolside in your private oasis. Five O'clock Somewhere is Pet Friendly (For an additional fee).
Five O'clock Somewhere also includes a dedicated laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and a double car garage. The garage is perfect to store your beach gear, paddle boards, beach chairs, fishing equipment, motorcycles or additional parking. The property can accommodate up to 4 full size vehicles/trailers.

Located on the quiet West End of Panama City Beach and close proximity to 30-A, this house is perfectly situated to take advantage of everything the world class beaches of north Florida have to offer. Beach Access 80 is at the end of the street, just 1.5 blocks (0.2 miles) and leads to the secluded beach which provides more serenity compared to the beaches to the east. A close drive to Pier Park and scenic 30-A Five O'clock Somewhere is in the Perfect Location. Also, a short drive (less than 5 miles) is Frank Brown Park Sports Complex and the New World Publix Sports Park. Beautiful home, felt very safe & comfortable!

This home was absolutely gorgeous. We loved the location. It felt safe for our family and small children (slider alarm was a plus). It was one of the most accommodating homes we’ve ever stayed in considering everyone wanted their own bathroom and tv etc. The only thing that was a little off putting was that it was not very clean or at least the way I would expect it to be. I know companies are turning these properties over quickly but this home needs a little extra TLC- a deep cleaning. We would not walk with our shoes off inside the home. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful trip.

Life saver!

Andy was so kind to help us out. The place we were supposed to stay at wasn’t available and he made sure to accommodate us immediately. He had the house cleaned and ready to check in within hours of my inquiry. The house was clean and had plenty of blankets and pillows for all 13 of us. Kitchen had every utensil we needed plus more. Walk to the beach was only a few blocks which was also nice. I highly recommend one of his properties.

5 Stars Before We Arrived

We were able to schedule an extra night to our stay a week prior to our arrival and we were granted an early check in. The property was clean and well taken careof as well as the pool. We live fairly close so we brought all of our beach gear, but in the garage it’s stocked with everything you would need at the beach. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would stay there again!

Overpriced property

The overall property was deceiving compared to the online pictures. Upon arrive the property was nasty. There was at least an inch thick of hair, dust, dirt, dead bugs, and food wrappers under all furniture. I sent pictures to the property manager, and he offered to have his cleaning crew to come back out. I refused because apparently these areas had not been cleaned in a while, so I cleaned myself. On the second day the toilets would not flush, so the property manager sent a plumber out to repair the problem. The property was not far from the beach, but the area was not very nice. This property is very much over priced, and I will not return!!!!

Ideal Holiday Week

Visited over the holiday season with family. This property meets the posting as stated. It's absolutely clean which is always our number one critique. Floor plan is ideal when you have the need to sleep a group needing four bedrooms. Kitchen well equipped. Short walk to beach with access point right there. If you're okay staying off the beach this is a winner for sure.

Great property! We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard pool and appreciated the pool toys. The only thing that bothered us didn't have anything to do with the property itself; it was a few houses in the neighborhood that were flying upside down American flags in their yards.

Absolutely perfect!!

This house is so gorgeous AND clean!! It looks exactly like the pictures and my family had the best time here. This property has pretty much thought of everything for vacationers! The beach access is at the end of the street, we rented a golf cart for a few days and my kids loved the ease of getting to the beach! It’s just a short walk without one :) the pool was awesome also! We will definitely stay again! Thank you for having us :)

Great location for fun at Panama City Beach.

Our family stayed at this property and had a wonderful vacation. The proximity to the beautiful beach made it easy to drop off all the coolers, chairs, etc and then park at the house so finding parking isn’t a problem. When you’ve had enough time in the sand, the backyard pool and patio are a nice place to hangout. We also loved the open concept living space so people working in the kitchen are with everyone in the family room area. The property manager was easy to contact for questions and they quickly fixed a problem we had with the A/C at check-in. I would give a 5 star rating except, unfortunately, the cleaning service isn’t doing a good job. The home could use a deep cleaning to clean beyond the quick cleaning between rentals. We found dirty dishes in the cabinet, crumbs in the kitchen drawers, smudges and dirt around light switches, filthy baseboards, and the floors still had lots of sand. This is too bad because the home is decorated very nice and could be the perfect rental.

You’ll Come Back!

Our family of six decided to venture out and try a new location and rental this year, instead of the usual property we stay at in Orange Beach. All I can say is... WOW!!!! We will be back again! This home was spotless, immaculate, equipped with pool floats, pantry items, plenty of linens, a gas grill, and basically every amenity we could’ve asked for. The kitchen utensils and pots/pans were plentiful, something we’ve found there to be a shortage of in other rental properties. Additionally, the pictures weren’t misleading in the least. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious kitchen and open living area.... as the rooms actually seemed larger than they did in the photos. The private pool and spacious backyard was our favorite amenity, and we trust others will enjoy this property as much as we did. We will return again!

The property was great! Plenty of room for the family. It's just a short walk to the beach. And then you can return and grill out while the kids play in the pool. My only complaint is that the cleaning service could have done a much better job. Other than that, it was a really good experience.

Perfect Spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was awesome and the property owners were really nice. The kitchen was huge, the bedrooms were spacious, the pool was nice, and all of the appliances worked well. I’d definitely recommend this house to others.

Beautiful single-family home

Place was beautiful, would recommend it and would stay again. We had more than enough space for 10 people with sleeping arrangements. They had all the pool toys and beach toys that you could possibly need. Place was very clean, modern and up-to-date. Would definitely recommend staying here. We had ages from six months to 79 years old staying. Private pool was beautiful and easy with the kids to just pop out their employer sit around. Beach was a short walk with easy access. Beach was not crowded at all. However not a lot of eating places close by. But for the quality of the home and east to get to the beach would highly recommend.
