Publié le 3 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayFrom the first step into this quaint rental to the last, we wouldn't have changed a thing! It's perfect for 2 but could sleep another couple. The Jacuzzi tub was exactly what was needed after a long day. Location is top tier for the beach access ramp is literally just a gate code away. Parking can be hit or miss but it did not bother us at all. John Castillo was very attentive to our questions/concerns. The local restaurants and bar/grills were welcoming, but very pricey. Our trip was absolutely better than expected. We look forward to booking again soon!

Publié le 21 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis place is about 1.5 miles east of Pier Park,Easy access to everything,right on the beach,the room has a big nice soft bed,60 inch tv,a couch,and a shower(bring towels because there's only 3 in the room,we went to Walmart and bought towels so we would not have to wash everyday on vacation)we loved this place because of location and this will be our go to spot,beach was not crowded,they do have a really big pool also

Pull out sofa doesn’t work but he quickly let me know there was an air mattress in the closet. Our room was super clean and we had access to check in early upon arriving early. We will definitely be back. This has became a new favorite place for us to stay since it’s so convenient with parking, pool and beach.

Perfect spot!
Publié le 4 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWe love Fontainebleau Terrace, it never disappoints. You can’t possibly be any closer to the beach and it’s never very crowded. The room had everything we needed for our stay to sleep 4 and make meals. We had one kid on the couch and the other on the air mattress and they liked that just fine. The bed was really comfortable! John is a great host and super fast to respond to any of our questions. We could not have had a better host, we would definitely stay here again!

The construction being done wasn’t a huge deal, but it did have the outdoor restroom closed because of it. There was no grills outside like advertised, that was a little bit of a disappointment but not a huge deal,
I’m just glad we looked before we went and bought stuff to grill like we had planned. The couch was extremely uncomfortable because it sagged down so low in the back. All in all…. We were there for the beach, so I’m still happy overall and would probably go back to this property… hopefully after the construction is done.

An amazing visit

Publié le 14 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwaythe owner was extremely helpful and willing to answer questions, the cleaning company could do a little better (cleaning the walls, mop floors, just a really thorough deep clean!) the complex was under construction but that didn’t cause any issues. the private gated beach was perfect, very calm and beautiful. this space was perfect for my boyfriend and i, we will definitely be renting this condo again!
