Sweet Caroline is the perfect home away from home in a charming family-friendly neighborhood. Less than 10 minutes from 30A -- which includes Rosemary Beach, Seaside and Watercolor-- and 10 minutes to Pier Park where there's tons of shopping and restaurants. Conveniently located within a few blocks to grocery stores. Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, sleeper sofa, beach toys, barbecue grill, beach chairs to carry to the beach and two beach chairs and umbrella already set up at the beach from March to October. Please read room sizes and descriptions before booking. Four-seater Golf Cart parked at the house and available to rent for an additional fee.

Loved it!

Perfect house in Carillon

We absolutely fell in love with Carillon and this beautiful house! The neighborhood is so pretty, and my kids loved biking all over to the different pools and ice cream shop. We loved hearing the bell tower play at every hour. The house is gorgeous and so close to the beach! It was perfect for our family. The kitchen is also well stocked as we typically cook in for most meals. The beach is quiet and private with no crowds. We can’t wait to come back!

Great house and location

Sweet Caroline was perfect for our family!! Property management was extremely responsive and helpful. The location within Carillon was great and they had all the beach gear available. The property was very clean and well kept. The 2 bunk rooms and beds are small but perfect for our 8 and 10 year old. My only comment would be that the furniture in the living area needs to be rearranged to maximize space and the 3rd floor needs a fan as it was too hot to be up there. We will definitely plan to stay there again!!

lovely stay by the beach

We rented as an extended family ranging in age from 2.5-77 and really enjoyed our trip. The house is exceptionally close to the beach, the pool, the grocery store, and all that PCB has to offer. The house was very clean, communication with the host was fantastic and overall we couldn't have asked for a more relaxing way to spend the week.

Amazing fall break

Fantastic property! Great amenities and an amazing location. We could be on the beach in about a minute. Whole complex is family oriented and has lots of things to do. Would recommend it to anyone.

Amazing Property

This is a wonderful property and we loved the layout and decor. The pictures listed are great, but it’s even better in person. It is literally one house over and across the street from the beach with beautiful homes all around. The layout of the home worked great for our family. It has a beautiful design and gorgeous decor. Everything appears basically new and spotless. We were only there a few days and could not enjoy the many amenities, but they provide so much, including toys, bikes, and beach chairs. It does also come with Beach service in season, which is an added value and so convenient. It’s an amazing property and we hope to return very soon.

The best getaway!

“Sweet Caroline” was perfect for our family of five plus grandparents. The bunk rooms are perfect for kids. The kitchen was fully stocked. The location to the beach was the best part! It was so quiet within the community, we often felt like the only people here. The first two days were quite chilly, and there was still plenty to do! Highly recommend “Sweet Caroline”.

We had an awesome stay at Sweet Caroline. Theresa was wonderful to work with. Sweet Caroline is very close to the beach walkover and you can hear the sound of the waves from the home.

Labor Day weekend family reunion

Very easy rental and check in process. Bunk beds were a little narrow but that was fully disclosed during rental. They worked out fine for the teenagers. Home owner provided everything you might possibly need. Great experience.

Perfection

This trip was nothing short of perfection! We were so impressed with all the amenities the house had to offer! Boogie boards, bikes, every sand toy you could ever need, nets for shelling, cooler and extra chairs for the beach, tennis rackets and so much more! Our 5 and 8 year old boys had a blast! They never got tired of being at the beach. They even said this trip was “waaaaay better than Disney”. It was truly a relaxing vacation and we made so many memories! We are excited to make this our annual summer vacation spot!

Fantastic Stay!

We had a blast staying at Sweet Caroline. Can’t beat the location to get to the ocean and the house has everything you need and it is lovely. Pools are great and rent the golf cart to drive around. Our kids loved the golf cart rides and best way to go between the pools. We will be back. Thank you!

Wonderful Vacation Rental

We have always loved staying in Carillon. Sweet Caroline is a lovely house with a great location. The owners were fantastic and really went above and beyond! Rebecca was such a great contact and made sure everything during our stay was perfect. Will definitely be returning!

Should all be in working order

The rooms are very small. Many lightbulbs were out; 2 remote controls were missing. The batteries were bad in one remote. No closet in one master bedroom. We were asked to start a load of laundry before we left. We used our own laundry detergent because there was not enough under the sink to fill a capful. Hopefully with Covid, the housekeeper has a detergent stash she can get to. One a good note, the furnishings were well done.
